DCI's Precision Comfort short HVE valve is constructed of anodized aluminum and is fully sterilizable. Features a slimmer, more ergonomic one-piece body, which will take away the need for an additional silicone tip and will be easily removable for fast and efficient cleaning.

HVE valve has a 1/2" quick disconnect.

Instructions for Precision Comfort Shorth HVE Valve:

  1. Firstly, pop lever assembly out and set aside for later.
  2. In the HVE tip, the o-ring will have the most wear. Lubricating this o-ring will reduce the frequency of replacements. Swipe silicone lubricant weekly with a q-tip across the o-ring.
  3. If replacing o-ring, then use a small instrument to lever it out of HVE tip.
  4. Lightly lubricate a new o-ring and then fold o-ring in half twice. Insert o-ring back into the tip and lever it up into the inside groove. Take a tool to make sure it is seated inside properly.
  5. If servicing the HVE valve lever, pop out of the valve.
  6. Lubricate and clean out debris from lever o-rings. If piece is dirty, make sure to clean out the grooves where the o-rings sit.
  7. Put replacement o-rings on by rolling them into the grooves.
  8. Finally, pop the valve lever back into the body of the HVE valve.
