Master On/Off Valve

Master valve activates by a "relieving" type on/off valve. Designed for install on a manual shut-off (#49-90) for source of air and water.

Product Features:

• The E-Z view filter canister allows the filter element to been seen without disassembling.
• Use with either 1/8" or 1/4" tubing.
• Valve plumbs into the main air and water lines coming into the operatory.
• Includes barbs, tubing clamps, and gaskets.
• Compatible with A-dec units.

Instructions (PDF):

1. Turn off the main supply of air and water.
2. Unscrew the compression nut from the manual shut-off, making sure to keep the copper or plastic compression fitting within the nut.
3. Slide the 3/8" nipple fitting into the nut through the sleeve and position into the manual shut-off.
4. Finally slide the nut & sleeve onto the threads of the manual shut-off & tighten. The compression fitting should clamp down on the nipple fitting, holding it in place.
5. If the master on/off valve is loose in the manual shut-off or leaks from around the nut, then remove and wrap a few layers of teflon plumbers tape around the nipple and reinstall. Continue until valve has a snug, leak-free fit.
