Adjustable mini regulator to regulate the air or water up to 80 PSI.
Product Details:
- Use with 1/8" or 1/4" tubing.
- Includes: adjustable mini regulator, barbs, clamps, and gaskets.
Installation Instructions (PDF):
- Cut attached tubings and remove existing regulator, but make sure to note inlet and outlet.
- Install the appropriate sized barbs with washers and tighten with 1/4" open-ended wrench.
- Apply liquid soap to tubings and slip sleeve clamps over the tubings (approximately 3/8" from the end) insuring the interior bevel faces the barb.
- Slip tubings over the barbs and lock by sliding sleeve clamps over tubing portion on the barb with a pliers or sleeve tool.
- Attach the main air or water tubing to the "source in" barb.
- Then, attach the air or water tubing to be regulated (going to the unit) to the "source out" barb.
- Adjust the pressure with the control knob by turning the knob clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the pressure. Lock the control knob with a lock nut, by tightening the nut while holding the knob.
- Mount the adjustable mini regulator to the delivery unit and test for proper function.
NOTE: Take care to not break the barbs when installing the tubings and clamps. Inserting the tubing ends in hot water assists this process.
