Product Details:

- Foot control has a 5-1/4" diameter activation disk with a non-skid metal base.
- Includes: 7' of 2 hole tubing.
- For a repair kit, see #04-50.
Installation Instructions (PDF):
- First, turn your delivery unit off.
- Note where each line of your exisiting foot control connects and disconnect. The "ribbed" tubing connects to the source of air in the junction box. The "rib" runs the length of the tubing, like a seam. The "non-ribbed" tubing connects to the delivery unit for drive air.
- Next, trim the flash from the end of the tubing and slip sleeve clamps onto the tubing with the internal bevel facing the end of the tubing.
- Slip the tubing over the barbs, making certain that the sleeve tool is already over the tubing and pushed back.
- Then, lock the tubing by isng pliers or a sleeve tool to slide the sleeve clamps down over the tubing and barbs.
- Turn your delivery unit on and test for leaks and proper function. If the foot control "hisses" (audible air leak) constantly when the unit is on, then the two tubes have been reveresed. Disconnect, switch, and re-attach.
What equipment technicians notice about the Standard II Foot Control (2 Hole) is not any single feature — it is the absence of problems. No callbacks, no compatibility issues, no mid-procedure failures. For offices that track repair parts spend by vendor, Hole Shot Manufacturing products tend to deliver lower total cost of ownership when factoring in consistency and fewer returns.
